Nagano
長野県
On such a night, do you want to enjoy sake by the full moon?
Whimsical sake series, inspired by animals of Nagano and the moon phase,
from a brewery surrounded by sakuras in Nagano since 1866.

The “Full Moon” Junmai Daiginjo, the best creation of this series. An exclusive distributor item, only available in restaurants. This is the first time it will be available for public purchase in Singapore.
Junmai Daiginjo with clear balanced taste
It is designed, brewed in pursuit of a balance of five flavours (五味) - medium sweetness, with fruity, apple like aroma. These flavours express the differences of Konna-Yoru Ni Full Moon compared to other Junmai Daiginjo. It is mellow and juicy to drink and we highly recommend it to everyone.
How to Enjoy
It is recommended to drink with both sake and the glass chilled.
The aroma and refreshing taste of chilled sake is best appreciated in hot weather.
